New Delhi: Indian infrastructure financier Infrastructure Development Finance Co Ltd (IDFC) Wednesday said it has allotted 75,000 equity shares at a price of Rs 150.75 apiece to its employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS) 2007.
The equity shares were allotted on February 22, 2012, IDFC said in a filing to the stock exchanges.
These options will vest over a period of 3 years and the exercise period will be 5 years from the date of vesting, it said.
Earlier last month, the company had allotted 544,310 equity shares of Rs 10 each under a similar scheme.
Shares of IDFC ended at Rs 144.1 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) today, down 4.41% from the previous close.
